Mooly Sagiv is a leading researcher in formal verification. He co-founded Certora to scale formal verification to secure smart contracts. Mooly is a recipient of numerous prestigious academic awards, including the Friedrich Wilhelm Bessel Research Award, ACM fellow, and the Microsoft Research Outstanding Collaborator, member of European Academy of Science.

Idit has many years of experience in People leadership and OD roles in global leading hi-tech and financial firms including Freescale and Arm. She has proven ability for adding value to the business through HR strategies that support the achievement of business objectives. Idit has a B.Sc. in Psychology and M.Sc. in Organizational Behavior, both from Tel-Aviv University.

Amit brings many years of finance leadership and experience across an LSE-listed company, a Big Four accounting firm, and an advisory practice. He has hands-on depth in financial modeling, GAAP accounting, M&A due diligence, and equity transactions. He builds with AI, automations, and Excel to turn complexity into clarity. Amit holds an M.Sc. in Accounting & Finance from Tel Aviv University and a B.A. from the Hebrew University.
Head of Security Labs
Tigran has extensive experience in blockchain security, leading security research and verification efforts for many of the largest protocols in the blockchain ecosystem. As Head of Security Labs, he oversees Certora's security organization, driving smart contract audits, formal verification, security research, and the continued advancement of the company's security methodologies. Before joining Certora, Tigran spent more than 10 years at the Central Bank of Armenia in portfolio management and financial risk management. He holds a PhD in Mathematics, bringing a strong analytical foundation to blockchain security.

Phil leads Certora’s revenue functions, covering marketing, sales, and customer success. He joined Certora as a security researcher after winning several smart contract and blockchain audit competitions. Before moving into cybersecurity, Phil spent seven years as a management consultant, first at McKinsey and later independently, working on marketing, sales, and corporate finance. As a consultant, he served in several interim C-level roles.
