We are seeking a dynamic, technically-savvy Technical Account Manager to support our growing base of DeFi clients. This role combines technical presales responsibilities - helping to technically understand, qualify and shape opportunities with post-sales ownership- ensuring successful journey delivery and client satisfaction.
You’ll work closely with prospects to understand their architecture and security needs, then serve as a trusted advisor through the life of the engagement.

Responsibilities
Pre-Sales
- Join sales calls to understand their roadmap, needs, and risk profile (including meeting preparation) to ensure and offer relevant security solutions/packages.
- Help define clear project scopes, effort estimates ,working alongside sales and technical teams.
- Present technical capabilities of our security services to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Post-Sales
- Act as the primary technical focal point, ensuring smooth onboarding and high quality journey aligned with client goals.
- Clarify technical expectations, and address blockers, risks and concerns.
- Collaborate with auditors, verification experts, and delivery managers to ensure success.
- Review and maintain quality of services, support and reports delivered to the client (Monitor relevant channels)
- Lead and manage Incidents response process - take ownership of the incident management, coordinate internal teams for timely resolution, communicate effectively with stakeholders throughout the incident lifecycle, and drive post-incident reviews to ensure continuous improvement and root cause mitigation
- Define touchpoints and cadences per engagement type- communicate proactively with clients to ensure satisfaction and capture feedback.
- Maintain QBRs and Build KPIs dashboards (for health score,CSAT, renewals,etc.)
- Understand client goals to identify opportunities for service expansion or upsell.
- Provide valuable insights to product management, helping shape product improvements and align offerings with market demands
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or related field from a top-tier institution.
- At least 3 years of experience managing customer accounts.
- Experience in DeFi is ideal, but backgrounds in broader security and software domains are also relevant.
- Client-Facing: Proven track record in direct technical client interaction such as presales, solution engineering, or technical consulting.
- Clear, structured communicator - able to explain technical ideas simply, listen actively, and build trust with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong people skills and client-centric mindset: Deep care about client outcomes, engagement and satisfaction
